If you can get these two computers anywhere near each other you
could use a really handy package from SoftSpoken called CrossWorks.
CrossWorks consists of a cable system to hook the PC and Apple II
together and software to go on each end. It really does a super, and
painless, job of moving data back'n forth. There should also be a
way of null-modeming the two together and "printing" from one to
the other, but that's a bit outside my experience.
