I saw that card for sale by Shreve Systems not too long ago [last month's 
Computer Shopper?]. Perhaps they still have some in stock. I've also 
seen gizmos that hook up to a PC's parallel port in conjunction with a TSR 
for connection to an Appletalk network. These were intended for use on a Mac-
based network, so you'd still have to use a Mac for a server; there's no 
getting around that.
