Jpeg Viewer

Hi all..

Ummm! I have recently come accross a proggy valled JV4 which claims to
view Jpeg files.  However,  after running the program and downloading a 
Jpeg,  the program doesn't recognize it when I try to open it.

Question is..

Do I have to change the filetype and how?
