IIgs ROM 3 slinky RAM errors

I am using an Apple II Memory Expansion Card in my GS as a RAMdisk.
Recently I tried the built-in test (Cx0Ag from the monitor) and I am
getting nothing but errors.  However, when I move the card to my IIe and
run that same test, there are no errors.  The card seems to work fine,
so I cannot explain where the errors are coming from.  Is there an
explanation for this?  (I'm a new GS owner).  Thanks.
