Geez, I've always been proud of the helpfulness found in the A2 group as
compared to the Mac group.  This response doesn't engender that sort of
feeling at all.  If you know the answer to his question, just tell him and
drop the preaching.  If you must take such a hostile attitude, keep your
reply private and do it with email rather than posting it for the world.
