To answer my own Question:

	Yes it works !!!!....

	I took a 20Mg HD
I plug it on the Mac
	I intalled 'Stacker' for Mac
The HD is now ~40 Mg
I created a 'GS' Folder, on which I copied some '.SHK' files
I put this folder as 'Sharing' one.

I mounted the Shared folder 'GS' onto the IIgs Finder
	I opened the folder
And All '.SHK' was visible on the IIgs
I tried to depack a '.SHK. file using either:
		GSHK
		Balloon
directly from the Mac partion to a Prodos partition (IIgs)
And no problem at all. It works correctly.

So it seems that you can 'Doublesized' a Mac HD, and use it on
	a IIgs, using AppleTalk.
