I hope then that shareware authors not wanting folk to spend more than $5
for copying fees are considerate and make sure the size of their code is
small enough for it to be downloaded from GEnie, AOL (well, not anymore),
Compuserve, etc. in a short enough time that it doesn't cost the downloader
$5 to do it...
