Well the way I read it you only put a dollar limit on a disk that you copy.  So
as a CD User I would have disreguarded this entirely.  I am all for the
programmer but take into account there are 500 megs of software.  Your program
divided by everyone elses DOES NOT EQUAL $5!  Get over it.
