I'm guess that he's asking whether we will have to buy the development
package (toolset/library and docs) discussed earlier as a separate
product or whether it will be included.  Or is the development info just
going to be distributed freely on the 'Net and online services?

I'm sorry to hear about the delay.  I'm ready to order as soon as both
the board and development info is ready.  And if the programmer docs are
available before the board is, we could even get a head start on things!
