AppleCD-150 ?

I have noticed several problems with my AppleCD-150 and I was looking for some
help.  I am using the RF rev D (ROM 3.01e) and have it first in the chain.  My
HD is second.  Anyway, here are my problems:

1.  I cannot eject the CD by using the OA-E command or dropping it in the 
trashcan.   I emailed Jawaid once and he said it worked for him.  I CAN eject 
it using theAudio NDA by Jawaid however.  

2.  When I power up my system.  I turn on the HD & CD, let them whirl a few
seconds then turn on the GS itself.  The system always reports that the FSTs 
do not recognize my CD and asks me do I want to EJECT or Init.  I eject it
then put the CD back in the drive and it is recognized.  This ALWAYS happens.  
I want to say that this didn't happen before but I am not positive.  That made
me think I have changed something but don't know what that could have been.

The first problem has never worked so I know I didn't change anything.  The CD
works great and all but I'd like to find out if I can get these two things
working properly.  Or are these regular operations.  :)
