TimeLord?

The other day, while going through the mountain of old floppies that
has accumulated around my computer, I came across a forgotten demo of
a game called TimeLord from DreamWorld Software. It is dated 1992.
Does anyone know if the full version of this game was ever released,
and if not, if it ever will be?
