IQ v0.3

This is to Tim Meeks or anyone related to ImageQuant (SP) v .03.  I have been
using this program and really LIKE IT.  I don't seem to have any docs with it
and the 'about' area doesn't have a shareware fee or anything.  I'd like to
know if there is a newer version for a shareware fee.

I have a problem with IQ too.  I got a IBM CD with all kinds of .WAV, .BMP,
etc.  I had a case of the a$$ when none of the .BMP files would load.  I am so
used to this program working flawless I was ready to send back the CD thinking
it was faulty.  Well now I am beginning to think that IQ does not do .BMPs
right.  I even d/l some .BMPs and almost everyone I use has a huge corrupted
area in the middle of the pic.  I even noticed the thing looks kinda patched
together.  

I'd love to see JPEG support.  I REALLY like this program and will send the
fees if I owe.  :)  Please respond this is an excellent program!
