help with PRODOS needed

I'm at an American school in Taiwan and several of the teachers want
to be able to use their old Apple IIe software again.  We have a Mac
lab and a file server.  About half the Macs have Apple's IIe card.

Here's the problem:  The file server uses PRODOS with the Macs and I
haven't used it enough to remember the commands.

Where can I get information on ProDOS, maybe a quick ref. card.  I
need to know how to run a sys file, set the prefix, list volumes,
copy files format disks, etc.
