I have an AE GS-Ram+ and I have different speed chips (from 70ns to
120ns on the board and I am running without any problems.  It might
be important to have the same speed chips in the same bank and to
have faster chips either near or far on the memory chain (ie, faster
from bank 1 -> 6 or from bank 6 -> 1 on my card.  Not sure which - I
have done both and both work).

Alltech (619-724-2404) carries the chips for $4/chip or $32/bank of
eight.
