help needed about TEXT transfert ][+ -> MAC

Hello!

I did'nt find an answer about my question in the FAQ... 

I have an APPLE ][+ 64K (BTW, I want to sell it... with a printer, 2 midi 
interfaces, speech synthesiser, etc...) with a printer card for an Epson 
RX-80.

I want to transfer some texts made with a word processor to my MAC SE. I 
have a modem for the MAC (but not for the apple ][). 

The information sended by the apple ][ when I'm printing is ASCII, isn't 
it? So, could I capture it in an unorthodox way with my MAC (with the 
modem or with the serial/printer port). Wich pins I have to connect 
together between the two computers?
