If the monitor is black, then it's probably the Franklin
2200 monitor for use with their RGB card.  It's digital RGB
and like the Laser 128 RGB so it can't be used on the IIGS,
because the GS uses analog-encoded RGB.  If it's not black,
then I'm not sure what model it's supposed to go with,
but chances are it's digital RGB also so it still can't be
used with the GS.
