Some more information would be useful:

- What version of System Software are you using?

- What SCSI card do you have?

- Is this your only SCSI drive, or is there another one connected?  If
so, does it work?  What brand is it?  Which order are the drives
connected in?  Did you have an external terminator before?  If not, is
the other drive internally terminated?
