AD/DA Conversion <<Possible?>>

I have a //c that sits around collecting dust.  I would like to put it to 
some good use or sell it.  Though the only practical use I can come up 
with would require AD/DA conversioon capabilities.  I want to use it as a 
feed-back control and monitoring system for a small scale fermentation 
process. Are there any AD/DA cards for this thing?  Do I have any hope?
