Aw, now you tell me!  :)  Already order two of the DIP sockets from
Digikey last night.  Oh well, I'll keep the ZIF in mind for the next
ZipGS I find :)   Speaking of ZIF, I use them on the GS since I'm
terrified of breaking the pins on the CPU cable, and they work really
well on the ZipGS/TWgs.
