Re: ADT for GS serial ports?



I downloaded the one from Berlios.de. I noticed that the dump of the ADT 
binary doesn't actually save it to disk, instead launching it directly. If I 
could, I'd like to modify it in this particular case to bsave it 
automatically. My question is, is the configuration data stored within the 
program, or at some higher address outside the program space? In other 
words, does the ADT program dump include dummy/default values for the 
configuration data, or are those values stored elsewhere? My reason in 
asking is, would it be safe to calculate the length of the program dump, 
then modify that so that it finishes with a 3D0G and a bsave with the 
calculated length?
