Totally white screen of white "checker flag" screen? If it's the later,
then TWGS can not locate the 816; it could be a few things. Bad cabling
between TWGS & motherboard, or bad crystal oscillator.

You could remove anything any leave only the TWGS in to see... It might've
been damaged in the first place.
