Even though I am a great Switch It fan, I am also interested in it. What 
features do The Manager offer? Does it still flash a lot (that irritates
me)? I don't have Spectrum and would rather wait for TelCom II which allows
me to use SecondSight card, so the background transfer of Spectrum is useless
for me.
