Pascal header for MTLib?

A while back, Ian Schmidt's MTLib was posted on comp.binaries.a2
with a mention that to use it with Pascal, a header had to be written.
If someone has written one, could you please upload it?

Alternatively, if anyone knows where to look in the ORCA/Pascal
reference (or other source) for specifications on how to write the
beast, posting that would also be appreciated.
