You know, a person can write (Almost) a whole book on that subject.
You're probably better off to find a copy of Beneath Apple DOS or Beneath
Apple ProDOS by Quality Software; these two books probably got just about
everything you could want to know about 5.25" Disk IIs and DOS 3.3/ProDOS
