Three Localizers now on ccosun

After, like, a year of screwing around, I finally have uploaded all
three versions of The Localizer (including the new German version) to
ccosun.  The German version is also in comp.binaries.apple2 (and the
description on that file will explain what they do, so I won't say it
again here :).

Looks like I finally can post to usenet again. :)
