Just wanted everyone to know that I've reposted imageQuant v0.3, as my
previous post didn't seem to get out to a lot of sites.
Also, I'm hard at work on the next version and as of tonight I now color
quantization running at the nearly same speed as the gray scale converter!!!!
I also plan on having 3 more quantization methods implemented soon.
