fast narrow zip srams

  okay, here's the deal:  i just got my new 14MHz '816 in the mail.
what manufacturer and part # srams should i buy, and where can i get
'em?  i'm prepared to modify my zip to add a new row of sockets to
accomodate the narrow chips.  no problem.

  also, i'm aware that swapping the 74F00 with a 74HC00 will allow me
to boost my zip up a tad higher.  i'm prepared to do that as well.  is
there anything else i should know about before hacking my board?  yes,
i've read frank's mini-faq on the topic.  sorry for the terseness.
it's late and i'm tired.  (bitch, moan...)
