FTP-->Mac--???->][gs

	Okay, just for fun I took the iigs I used in high school out of
the mothballs to play with.  I FTP'ed a bunch of software for it, and even
converted the binscii files on my mac.  At that point I AFE'd the binaries
of the compression programs onto a prodos disk so that I could use them to
unpack the rest of the stuff I DL'ed.
	Problem:  The programs just show up as binary files, not
executable programs.  How do I get AFE to translate them into executables,
is there a way that I can change the file attributes on my mac?  I'd do it
on the iigs but I only have the System 1.1.1 disks and some games.
