What is the English literacy requirement at UofI these days? This is at
best a badly distorted version of my letter. Here's my 'demands' for
the peanut gallery, as a trust some of you can read English better than
Steven:
1) the MZ.SC/AZ.SC/IRC2.SC/NTGS.NEWS.SHK files all contain in one form
or another modified versions of copyrighted software which I own or am
part owner of.
2) None of these are official release distributions of the software in
question.
3) Because they are -modified- versions distributed without the author's
(that's me) permission, they are ILLEGAL and grind can be found liable
quite easily.
4) Therefore, it would appear to be an easy call that the files should
be removed.

Goguel wrote NTGS. Goguel sent Joe Kohn a signed paper letter stating
that the NoiseTracker GS program was fully public domain as of late 1991.
That's legal proof last time I checked.
