dip switches on Transwarp

I've got an AE Transwarp card for the IIe. It has 16 dip switches on it
and me with no manual. It was working fine but all of a sudden when I
boot the computer from the hard drive, it crashes. But when I remove the
Transwarp, it boots just fine. I'm thinking there's a dip switch that
got switched by accident?
If anyone could let me know what the dip switches are for I'd be very
grateful.
