No. The IIgs power supply is almost overloaded as it is - don't try
powering a hard drive from it.
You should get an external SCSI drive enclosure, which should include
all the internal cabling needed, a SCSI ID selector, a power supply
and a mounting bracket. Then all you need is a SCSI System Cable
(DB-25 to SCSI-50) and possibly a terminator.
External drive enclosures are quite cheap - I can get them locally for
about the equivalent of US$30 or less.
