ProDOS Shrinkit file types?

I've been scanning the net looking for info on the ProDOS file type
and aux file type info for Shrinkit archives.  I've found the values
for .SHK, .BXY and .SEA, but not the .SDK and others.

What I'm doing is creating the disks on a Mac and reading them on a 
IIgs; therefore I need to change the file type on one machine or the
other before GS/OS will recognize them.  So far, I can do this as long
as I know the file type info.  There are some partial lists in the
archive sites, but nothing complete.  The FAQ lists nearly 30 compressed
file types; surely there's a list of the info somewhere?  If not, I'll
contribute what I've learned and strive to assemble one.  Help?
