You need, as you said, a SCSI card and a case w/ power supply. The
case should include (or you should add) cables from the 50-pin header on the
drive to a 50-contact Centronics connector on the back of the case. From
here, use a standard SCSI System cable to connect the drive to the computer
(it's the same cable as used to hook up an external SCSI HD to a Mac).
