Heh.  Since this thread's already here, I'll jump in-

'ncftp -r' lets ncftp attempt to connect to a site over and over if
you don't connect the first time (ie too many users)

You can type 'ncftp grind' or 'ncftp iowa' instead of
'ncftp grind.isca.uiowa.edu' if you've previously connected to that
site.  (Btw, grind has a lot of Apple software and mirrors of other Apple
sites.)

Now is anyone still using rn, csh, ed, or mail?  ;-)
