Re: LineLink driver

I have the generic MNP (RTS\CTS) driver. Since I posted that message, I
replaced that tashy Boca 14.4 with an Intel 14.4EX, and I can connect with
most 14.4 BBS' at 38400, but not at 57600 (the ASB set on SW-3 makes the
modem connect at 9600 instead). But it still does not work above 19200 on
ProLine, and I suspect also ModemWorks. I spoke to both
rhiggins@carroll1.cc.edu and mdavis@mdg.cts.com, and they seem to blame the
other person respectively for the apparent incompatibility. Morgan's answer
was [sic] that since it doesn't work, he is dropping support of the
TurboASB in future upgrades of ProLine. That doesn't help me very much. If
Morgan were to send me the source code for the TurboSerialASBn drivers and
the TurboASB developer were to send me the specs on the card, then I could
possibly remedy the situation myself. I would also like to know how Morgan
beta-tested this card, since he runs Pro-Sol off of a GS, and not a //e,
and apparently the TurboASB is designed for the //e and NOT the //gs, but I
could be wrong.

If anyone has suggestions on how I can get the damn thing to work with
ProLine, reply to me via E-Mail.
