Simple. There are very few WWW tools for the Apple II.
If any Apple II vendors want to have a WWW prescence, then they can
certainly bring those discussions into c.s.a2, but otherwise, you should
look at comp.infosystems.www.misc or some other group. Basically, it's
off-charter, and therefore just not kosher.
Now if the Ethernet board ever came out, or strong support for SLIP
connections, or ... Then there would be reason to talk about
Internet-related items here. Or maybe it should be in the .comm newsgroup.
Specificity is a good thing.

	So?
Lots of people are still using the CSH as well. TCSH is much cooler,
and provides nicer system-wide abilities.
Lots of people are still using lots of old tools that just aren't as
nifty as the new ones. Welcome to the real world. Uhh. Hmm. Maybe I
shouldn't say that here. Then again, I'm only now, in mid-1994, looking to
replace my own Apple II. With something that offers, in part, exactly the
cooler, closer to the Internet, capabilities that you wish for. I will
miss it.

	comp.sys.apple2.comm is the most on-topic.
I have no problem with having to read a diverse set of newsgroups for
my information fix, Joe.

Finding the proper information channels shouldn't be a hard process.
Shouldn't be.
