Vitesse sells it.  I have it and LOVE it.  It greatly improves IW2 quality.

With AWGS, Pointless and Perfect Image you can't tell the difference
between //GS and Mac output.  Don't expect great results for graphics,
though, that's limited to screen resolution and doen't improve much.
