I'm not too sure what you mean by 'structured graphics' - but I've been
happily misusing GWIII as a CAD-tool for some time! For example, I have
recently had to produce a couple of working drawings for the backplate of
a SCSI box - lots of complicated apertures, with precise positions of
mounting-screw-holes, etc. By grouping the various bits, made of
rectangles, circles, and lines, I can manipulate complex objects. Not
fancy, I'll admit, with not rotation, scaling, or the other 'real' CAD
stuff, but quite adequate for simple diagrams and effects, which is what
it's really meant for. The fact that, however rudimentarily, it *can* be
used as a CAD-tool speaks *very* highly of it, IMO.
