On second thought, I realize that my problems with AWGS went away after I
discovered a bug in AWGS and started to use a work around.

It's a long story, the details of which can be found in Shareware 
Solutions II, Issue #2, but let's just say that one of the programmers who 
had the AWGS source code (don't ask me who) was able to confirm that 
there's somewhat of an insidious bug in AppleWorksGS pre-loading options. 

If you have AWGS configured to pre-load any modules, you could be asking 
for trouble. I advised all Shareware Solutions II subscribers to check 
their AWGS configuration options, and to make sure that absolutely no 
modules were ever pre-loaded. I'll offer you the same advice.
