The problems with compressed and locked files have been fixed in HP v1.0.2,
which is done, but hasn't been released by WestCode yet (they were trying
to coordinate some sort of mutual advertising with somebody else I believe).

The updater is also written, and will be posted on comp.binaries.apple2 as
soon as everything is ready.

FWIW, the problem first manifested itself when trying to extract locked
files into a marked directory with GS/ShrinkIt.  HardPressed is supposed to
handle the files in a reasonable way, but there was a bug in the code that
caused it to generate an error instead.
