  Hmmm, well that will depend on how far the disk spun while the drive
seeked to the next track when the disk was initialised.  There is probably
an accurate figure lying around somewhere, but I don't have it :-)  I
think it would be a considerable number (e.g. half a revolution or 8
sectors perhaps).
