Bugs with Salvation Bakkup - how to contact Vitesse?

G'day All,
I've come across a big bug in Vitesse's Salvation Bakkup
and have been tring to contact Vitesse at both vitesseinc@genie.geis.com

with little luck since I get the message -

genie-postmaster response to your message

Subject: Vitesse Salvation Bakkup problems
System:  QUIK-COMM
Date:    Mon 13-Jun-94  5:48

Status: 7   Message picked up by receiving system and not delivered to
any recipients because of various exception conditions.

Address:
VITESSEINC
Address Status Message:
*   VITESSEINC ignored - not found in Standard Address Directories

I've also tried to contact Lowell Erbe (Vitesse, Inc. Technical Support)
at <vitesse@liberty.com>
for help but hav heard nothing.

Does anyone know who to contact at Vitesse & how to via email to report
this bad bug & how to get help??
