I cannot believe this message I saw in CompuServe, can anyone care to
give comments or shed some light into it ?

It's been reported and confirmed that Appleworks GS v 2.0 has been cancelled.
Sources have reported that the inability of a member of the programming team
to deliver essential code caused the project's demise.

I, for one, was looking forward to this program... bummer...

This cannot be true!  Just the other day I received a flyer from Quality
Computers advertising it.  They had a special price on an AppleWorks GS
upgrade if I ordered it within the next 30 days or so.  They also listed
it as one of the products they were selling in their most recent catalog.


I cannot see how this person's information could be reliable...
