I don't have my modem right now (friend borrowed it, so I'm doing
all this offline), but you need to edit your MIME types file. Check the
documentation for the MacMosaic client for information on doing this. I
believe a default entry for ZIP files is included. Use that as a
template for creating a new entry. It will look something like this:
application/octet-stream .shk .sdk .bxy
MIME type is on the left, filename extensions on the right. If you
also have access to Lynx, just hit 'd' to download the selected file
rather than displaying it to the screen. If you can, get Lynx 2.3 (its
FTP interface is much improved over 2.2).
