More CMS: need CMS Hard Drive Utilities

Apparently a bunch of us just came into possession of CMS SCSI drives
with controllers, but no software.  They work great, however we have
no method of partitioning or formatting them.

I tried using both ProSel and System 6.0.1 Advanced Disk Utilities,
and neither would format or even attempt to partition the
drives, though they were both happy to Initialize them to no files.

For now we're fine, but if we want to format or partition the drives
if something goes wrong, we're in trouble.  Also, it's quite possible
that if we formatted the drives with a different interleave (if that's
possible), we could get better speed.

Does anyone have the CMS software that they'd be willing to
Shrinkit/Binhex up and mail?  I'd handle sending it to the others who
need it, to reduce the amount of work you have to do.
