Whixh slot is your zip on? If its in slot 4 then remove it and place it in slot 1-3. Just called Zip on that and they told me that the Zip should not be in slot 4. They changed their name so its no longer ZipTechnilogies and I cannot remember the new name. I will post it as soon as I remember it
