Best place to order GS reference manuals?

  What mail order house is the best source of GS reference manuals?  I have
gotten a price quote from Resource Central, but their prices seem a little high
($US40 for the Toolbox Reference Volume III, $US50 for the System 6.01
reference update!).  Can I get them from somewhere else for less?  Or is the
high price reflective of the fact that the books are out of print or
something?  I definately need the reference books, but I don't want to shell
out extra money that would ordinarily pay for a third reference manual here in
Australia if I can help it!
