Summary: convert midisynth to midi

Does anybody know of a program which will convert a Midisynth
sequence into the midi standard data format, so that i can transfer
these sequences to a pc. If so where can i get it.

anything is better than connecting the 2 via midi a recording 1 track
at a time between the 2 machines.
