Prosel 16 Updates

Are the Prosel 16 updates available on the Internet anywhere for those of us
without access to GEnie?   And yes, I wrote to Glen Bredon and even included a
SASE about two months back asking for price, instructions to update by mail
etc. but he never even bother to answer me.
