I think the internal drive on my //c uses the same block connector as the
Disk II does, but the connector on the back of the //c is a D-sub connector,
I believe 25 pins.  For sure you would need an adapter/custom cable.  I
don't know of anyone that offers such a cable.  With the help of the
Apple IIe and the Apple //c tech reference manuals, (very helpful buggers)
you should be able to construct a cable yourself. (providing you are
skilled with a soldering iron)

There used to be a place that made cables custom to order.  Anyone remember
the name/phone/addr of the place?? (they had all the cable data on-hand,
all you did was tell them what to connect to what and they would make
it for you)
